We couldn't confirm a regular meetup or language exchange in Split with its own page in 2026. The Run Club Split, founded in April 2025, appears on a running-club directory with social runs on Tuesdays at 6pm from Žnjan City Beach, Wednesdays at 5:30pm from Bar Sistema and Saturdays at 11am from UTOPIA Specialty Coffee, but we couldn't open its own pages to check it is still running. Plenty of paid international socials, and a nomad meetup at a coworking space.

We couldn't confirm a regular meetup or language exchange in Florianópolis with its own page in October 2026; the language exchange we found earlier in the year has since closed its group. Santa Teresa is a small surf town: most people meet at surf lessons, yoga classes and communal dinners rather than at organised meetups. We couldn't confirm a regular event with its own page. We're still looking, and will add what we find.

SPEAK Porto, the language exchange that met on Tuesdays at Gato Vadio, ended with a farewell beach walk on 28 December 2025 and has nothing since. nomads.com shows one Porto meetup this year, on 7 April 2026, and one person went. A listings site shows a Friday social and language exchange from 7pm at Seoul Brewery in Mapo-gu, ₩5,000 with online tickets only, scheduled until 25 December 2026, but we couldn't check it on the organiser's own page. A run club, Penang City Running Runners, is listed on a third-party events app as meeting on Wednesdays at 8.30pm beside the Jazz Hotel in Tanjung Tokong, but that page shows no events and we haven't checked the group's own pages. We couldn't confirm a regular meetup in Ubud with its own page in 2026: the latest Ubud meetup on nomads.com was in October 2024. Outpost runs a members' hub and WhatsApp group for its coworking and coliving members, but there is no public calendar. Coworking spaces and yoga classes are the best places to start. We couldn't confirm a regular meetup in Oaxaca with its own page showing 2026 activity. The closest is the Intercambio at the Oaxaca Lending Library (Pino Suarez 519, Centro): a free Spanish and English exchange listed for Saturdays, 10am to noon, on a live page that shows no dated sessions (oaxlibrary.org/activities). A listings site shows Gringo Tuesdays, a language exchange and party, every Tuesday from 4pm at Vintrash Bar, Calle 85 # 11-53, Zona Rosa, with a date of 20 October 2026, but we couldn't open the organiser's own page to check it.
