About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Czech and English to join an international support team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues across communication channels while ensuring a high standard of service quality.
This is a remote position, but candidates must already be residing in Portugal. Relocation is not provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Czech and English
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Record and update customer interactions in internal systems
- Follow company procedures and service guidelines
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must already be based in Portugal (mandatory)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
