Main tasks:
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Design and develop data products for the service business, with a focus on company-wide reporting.
- Support organizational development through process mining, process analysis, and process optimization.
- Lead data-related development initiatives and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen a data-driven culture and enable data-powered services across the organization.
- Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
- Create analytical dashboards and KPI-based reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Identify optimization opportunities based on analytical results.
- Implement, document, and roll out data models and analytics solutions.
- Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Build and implement process mining solutions for root cause analysis.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and business processes.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical capabilities combined with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improving processes and performance through data analytics.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and analytical models.
- Experience working with large datasets, databases, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present analytical findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.
