Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)My VA Support is seeking an experienced Virtual Accountant Assistant with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Applicants should have a high English proficiency level (C1) and are expected to work 45 hours per week from home. Responsibilities- Responding to emails
- Managing contact lists
- Handling complex Excel spreadsheets and formulas
- Sorting payroll and revenue data
- Taking client payroll data and transferring it into customized Excel templates
- Providing customer service as the first point of contact
- Additional duties may arise depending on the client's needs
Requirements
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Financial skills in a spreadsheet environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
- Comfort using Google apps such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, and others
- A minimum of one year's experience with QuickBooks
- A minimum of one year's experience as an accountant assistant or in a related role
- Must have your own device, headset, and a high-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
- Basic accounting or financial background
- Exceptional Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and formulas
- Strong numerical aptitude
