Genki is the European answer to SafetyWing, and the two are worth comparing side by side because they solve slightly different problems.
Genki Traveler is the direct equivalent: monthly billing, worldwide cover outside your home country, a small deductible, and up to a million euros of treatment. The catch is the twelve-month ceiling. It is cover for a long trip, not a life abroad.
Genki Native is the one that makes Genki interesting. It is proper international health insurance, renewable for life, with waiting periods for some treatment and twelve months before pregnancy and childbirth are payable on the Premium tier. Join before 55 and you can keep it indefinitely, which is something none of the nomad-branded monthly products offer.
