About the role
Fullstack Python Developer
We’re forming a new team dedicated to driving AI use cases across the Wells organization. We’re seeking two experienced software developers who will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable AI solutions. Ideal candidates are passionate about emerging technologies and excited to work on projects that make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services using Python and .NET/C#.
- Integrate LLM-based frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen etc.
- Collaborate on AI-driven workflows and scalable architectures.
- Build React frontends for AI-powered apps.
Qualifications:
•Proficiency in Python and .NET/C#.
- Experience with building APIs / microservices on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, Databricks would be a plus).
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Some exposure to React for building AI frontends.
Must Skills:Production GenAI experience. He built an OpenAI + LangChain, .NET/C#, Python, Kafka, LLM Experience, Real daily use of AI tools (Cursor, Windsurf and Copilot)
