This team is a patent litigation powerhouse, representing clients in their most complex, high-stakes disputes across:

While many cases resolve pre-trial, this group is known for its elite courtroom strength, deep understanding of patent law, and ability to translate cutting-edge technologies into compelling arguments for judges and juries.
Who You Are
You are a high-performing mid-level associate (3–5 years) with experience in:
- Intellectual Property Litigation (patent and/or trade secrets)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Strong academic credentials (law school + undergrad)
Core Strengths:
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent oral communication and advocacy ability
- Proven ability to manage complex matters and take ownership
- Leadership mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Sound legal and business judgment
- Must be admitted to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction
