Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Early Careers Development Programs and Inclusive Recruiting to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives, to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
Lead inclusive recruiting strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes across the region.
Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities to ensure a seamless and engaging program experience.
Foster meaningful candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives.
Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies that improve hiring effectiveness and consistency.
Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions.
Drive operational excellence by developing standard work, documentation, and scalable processes that improve program effectiveness and compliance.
Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
