Job Description:
- The Trainer Explains Developments In Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Relevant To Our Business.
- Explains How To Develop And Implement Compliance Strategies And Processes To Mitigate Risk.
- Conduct Risk Assessments And Audits To Identify Potential Compliance Issues.
- Explain How To Develop And Maintain Corporate Governance Policies And Procedures.
- Explain What A Policy That Aligns With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Looks Like.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Minimum experience of 5 7 years.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
