About the role
We are an IT agency developing digital solutions for the travel industry. We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist who can build a structured email communication system and improve the performance of our campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create email sequences for leads (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement).
- Develop and send regular company email campaigns.
- Set up automations and integrations via Zapier.
- Work with Mailchimp: segmentation, templates, triggers, campaigns.
- Monitor analytics: open rates, CTR, conversions, A/B tests.
- Optimize email communication workflows for the travel audience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong English skills (all communication and content in English).
- Proficiency in Mailchimp and setting up automations.
- Ability to create clear and engaging email sequences.
- Experience with Zapier integrations.
- Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics.
