About the Role
We are building our talent poolfor experienced and motivated Sales Support Representatives who can assist sales teams in managing client relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless sales operation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
- Track leads, follow up on pending inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process for new customers and handle documentation requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales department
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer-Facing Administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting
- Proficiency with sales and productivity tools, such as:
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive)
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp)
- Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Document and file management tools (DocuSign, Dropbox, Notion)
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations
