Job Description
- Work With The Local Business Team And Partner Agencies To Build The Product And Platform;
- Lead Year-round Local Marketing Strategy, Content Creation, And Campaign Development;
- Execute The Global Brand Strategy And Guidelines With Local Insights And Cultural Relevance;
- Partner With Other Marketing And X-functional Teams Regionally And Globally To Achieve Business Objectives, Including User Growth, Product, Content, Partnerships, And More.
Requirement
- Ambition to positively impact local and global culture, and shape the future of social media;
- 6+ years experience as a marketer in Indonesia, with a mix of brand, go-to-market, and partnerships experience, ideally in a startup or hyper-growth environment;
- Deep experience leading marketing initiatives from insights to integrated execution;
- Experience partnering with global/regional teams to activate a brand strategy locally;
